ボルチモアへ宿泊の時はいつもこのホテルに泊まります。キッチン付きの広い部屋があり、無料の朝食も付いています。スタッフは親切で丁寧な対応です。ただvalletパーキングエリアが狭いので混雑時に車の受け渡しに時間がかかります。

インナーハーバー近くの快適なホテル
インナーハーバー近くにある、とても素敵なホテルです。提供された部屋はキッチン付きのとても大きな部屋でしたがシャワーしかなかったのが残念でした。ともかくとてもとても快適な２泊の滞在でした。

Walking distance to Inner Harbor. Pretty safe to walk around. However, did like the noise from the outside. I can hear it from our 9th floor room. Also, since we had an extended stay room, the room needed a little more work. You can smell the funk of the room. Needs to be clean all around. The living room didn’t work.

The bathroom sink was very slow draining and the shower head seemed to be low pressure. Hard to rinse thick long hair. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. Clean, awesome location to shopping, food, local attractions, etc.

This hotel was meh. The kitchen barely had any cooking items. There’s one pan and that’s it. The floor was damp almost the entire time I was there. The staff was trying really hard but they’re understaffed clearly. When I got there the lamps weren’t working which was quickly remedied. There were toys under the nightstand so you know it wasn’t cleaned properly cause they were probably in a rush to get to the other rooms. The valet service was great but will be gone on May 1st the day after we checked out. The breakfast was ok. I feel like a lot of the issues I faced will be fixed if they had more staff. $250 a night you expect more.

We stayed for a night. (Family of 4). Completely satisfied. Great attention, walkable distance from Inner Harbor. Around 25-30 minute walk to Oriole Park. Breakfast was good and the staff there very attentive. Would come back again.!!

Room was in rough shape - couch broken, carpets very dirty, room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly, but will stay someplace else next time.

Coordination with Expedia was poor. Reservation was not available when we arrived, although some compensaton was provided for inconvenience. Also, bigger room was provided. Room seemed clean, but furniture was old and had scuff marks.

This hotel is in a great location. However it needs a renovation. My room had peeling wall paper, a major leak under the kitchen sink, the furniture was tattered & stained, the metal door frames had rust, the kitchen cabinets had visible water damage & it smells musty. Won’t stay again.

This property was very outdated and needs remodeling. The furniture in the rooms were old and stained. Coffee supplies weren't restocked and it took at least 3 hours for my room to be ready after the 3 pm check in.

Engagement Party
I was in town attending an engagement party with friends, the hotel location is fantastic, easy walking distance to the National Aquarium and inner harbor. We had breakfast at a local restaurant, Miss Sheila's (located right across from the aquarium). There is fresh coffee and breakfast on the second floor of the hotel. Good location for a visit to Baltimore!

I hated that there was no parking available on property. Only valet was an option which was ok but having to wait for almost an hour just for someone else to get your car was highly annoying. Also when I first got there, the room they gave me was not cleaned or ready at all. Had to go back down to the lobby and request a new room. Other than those 2 things though, it was an ok hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Wonderful staff but sub poor management-
All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. But, we got there for a 3m check in- said room wasn’t ready so went to eat and went back at 4:30. Stood in line and didn’t get an available room until 5:30. Told Hilton let’s go of cleaning staff during slower winter time. So they are killing their staff and getting angry customers. Internet did not work, couldn’t get in because my reservation wasn’t found and then the front desk never answered. The wonderful staff are set up to fail. Won’t stay there again.

Don’t expect to use pool on weekends
The hotel room and staff was amazing. I booked the hotel for its location for a cheer competition we had. I booked it because it said it had a pool and I had two eleven year olds that wanted to swim after a day and dinner at the Harbor. Upon returning to the hotel at about 7pm we asked where the pool was. We were informed they closed it early on the weekends. Had I known that I never would have booked this hotel.
