「There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water.
However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly?
I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days.
I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.」

「Lovely view of the city from the room. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very nice and updated but exterior needs massive renovation. Still, the best hotel in Riga. Too many smokers at the entrance. Breakfast was lovely. 」

On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone.
I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away.
If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!"
