「Koselig hotell et par mil utenfor Riga. God service og hyggelig betjening. Pent rom med godt renhold. God frokost. Hotellet har egen restaurant med nydelig mat. Parkeringsplass rett utenfor hotellet.」

「コーナーのデラックスルーム利用。部屋の広さ、清潔さ、洗練された高級感のある作り、　豪華な朝食、親切なスタッフ、カテドラルのすぐ近く、と、１００点満点、文句のつけようがありません。地下にあるランドリーも無料で洗濯乾燥ができとても便利でした。一晩だけ隣のカフェが夜中まで大音響で音楽を流していてうるさかったので、ホテルのせいではないのですがそこだけ少し気になりました。そういうときのためなのかアメニティの中に立派な耳栓が用意してありました。アメニティも今どきはエコの名のもとにけちっているホテルが多いですが、こちらには素敵なアメニティがそろっていました。（シャワーキャップあり、歯ブラシはなし。）人生で泊まった数百のホテルの中でベスト３に入ります。室に対して部屋代も良心的です。おすすめします。」

「I met a lot of kind very friendly staff during my stay.」

「There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water. However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly? I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days. I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.」

「Spent three nights there - a good value hotel with good staff. The breakfasts are good, with a wide variety of food, to suit different tastes. This was particularly commendable given that it is in included in the price, and was better than any other hotel that we stayed in on our holiday in the Baltic States, all of which we paid extra for. The hotel appears to have been converted from a communist area apartment block, but it works fine as a hotel. It is, however, starting to get a bit tired,...

「The apartment looked smart and newly furnished. We had a very comfortable stay and found the apartment to very well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful, responding promptly to any questions or requests. The short walk to the beach was a great benefit. The large supermarket was also a short walk away, for convenience. 」

「All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy...

「Just returned from holidays. It’s amazing hotel with excellent service very central located and easy to access. Hotel itself has beautiful interior and artwork galleries staff is so friendly and welcoming to each guest.」

「受付は、パスポートで誕生日を確認すると誕生日おめでとうと祝われたり、5階のテラスのが閉まっていたのに、テラスの鍵を開けてくれるなど、エンジョイできるように配慮してくれた。アメニティーは歯ブラシ、小さいボトルのシャンプーなど日本並みに揃っておりよかった。しかし、朝食は、開始時間の7時30分になっても、パンがないなど、3割程度まだ出されていなかった。オムレツを注文してから提供まで40分かかるなど朝の予定に支障を来たした。」

On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!"

"チェックインの際、フロントの方の対応がとても迅速且つ的確で、安心してホテルでの滞在が出来ました。旧市街のど真ん中にあるホテルという訳ではないので、旧市街へは若干歩かないといけませんが、不便と感じる程ではないです。これはホテルの責任ではないのですが、私と同タイミングで宿泊していた一家の子供数人が、大声で叫びながら客室前の廊下で何度も何度も激しく走り回りうるさかったです…。この一家に対してとても不快な思いはしました。"
