Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the on-site construction that was going on in the courtyard of the building all day starting at or before 8am and going all the way until 5. It was EXTREMELY loud and you could not rest or focus on any work. There was no where to put our bags nor anywhere to put our things in the bathroom. While the room was pretty, the design was not functional. The pool area, which is actually one giant hot tub, was quite dirty. At the end of the stay I mentioned the noise and was given a small credit about 1/8th of what I paid for the stay.

"It was a good stay for the value, although a little pricier but I stayed in a wonderful room. However I thought it was weird when a staff knocked and asked when I was going to check out as I was about to leave the room. Never had that before and kind of rude for an upscale hotel."
