「This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. 「Wonderful cabin! Only thing needed was an outdoor area to keep trash so wildlife couldn’t get into it. Only thing to change is the toilet paper, it’s rough. We had to buy Charmin. Beautiful cabin, amazing views, great surprise to have board games. We will be back!」

「The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely. Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination.」

「The cabin was very nice and the views were wonderful!! We would love to come back. The only problem was we got to the cabin and the cleaning crew was still there and were taking up the driveway. It was odd because we got there an hour and a half after check in but they still were not done. Other than that, loved our stay!」

「The place is really nice and clean. It has beautiful views and is very relaxing. There are cows grazing on the mountain right beside the property. It is perfect for two people. 「When you first walk in the house is clean, quiet and great layout. We easily got settled in our rooms and felt super comfortable. It was kid friendly, pet friendly and a great middle location to many attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping around the ashville area.」

「Our stay was lovely. The room is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for spending 2days at the Biltmore. My only comment would be to book you Biltmore tickets ahead of time. The advertisement stated that you get a free Biltmore ticket if you book The Rose Room. This is correct, but you have to go through a 3rd party to get the ticket and I didn’t receive that information till the day we checked in. I then had to buy an additional ticket for my husband and coordinate the times.」
