"Nice place to unwind"

"No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy. House rules were simple to understand and nothing unexpected. This is a place we would rent again. Totally enjoyable, easy walking path to the water, and lots of space for everyone. "

"Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. Bathroom and shower were clean.The issue: 64 steps to the apartment, some extremely steep. No way we were getting a suitcase up those stairs. We threw essentials in a bag and carried them up, way, way up.People need to know this before they book. "

"Great house in perfect location for us. Check-in and check out were simple and easy. Home had everything we needed and had ample room for our family of 6. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, easy access to area attractions, and we would definitely stay there again on our next extended trip to the area."

"Very comfortable, nautical theme. Has everything you need for a very comfortable and unique vacation. Nuce view while you eat and an absolutely lovely den to take a book and curl up with a book. The 2 masters have a beautiful view if the river. Will definately be returning."
