「The staff where all so friendly, polite and bubbly. I can't remember the young girls name that worked in the garden bar of an evening but she was the nicest person I met through out our stay in the hotel. She is a credit to the hotel and other staff members. We did find the room was very small and extremely hot. There was a fan provided to help but unfortunately it was of no use as it was only circulating hot air, the window is only allowed to be opened a few inches. I did ask to have the...

「Front desk staff helpful. No lift so stairs to rooms but staff did carry luggage. Convenient location, lovely dinner in bar. Close to Irwin’s for drinks and music. Not sure why but we were told not to drink tap water and had to carry water from bar. Very close to Cahir castle.」

「I never had of Newcastle West before, but if you are ever in this town, this is the place to be. My wife considered the breakfast "the best Irish breakfast in Ireland," and who am I to disagree? We truly enjoyed our stay (and the breakfast) as well the friendly staff including (especially Derek the manager). We need disability-friendly accommodations, and this hotel, in this regard, was a great place to stay. The true test of any hotel, is "Would you go back?," and we would gladly come back...

「Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.」

「フロントなど従業員は親切でした、基本的にアイルランドの方は親切な方が多いですね。小学生の娘と一緒でしたがかなり小さいベッドでした。近くには飲食店、スーパーもあって買い物も出来ますが冷蔵庫が無いので不便でした。朝食は追加10€でなかなか良かったです。全体的にはもうひとつですが、リムリック大学のスポーツアリーナには歩いて行ける距離でしたのでロケーション的にはしょうがないと思いました。」

「We booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. Campus is beautiful. Rooms a little 'old' but well equipped (freezer, washing machine)...Missing some kitchen tools, teapot, hair dryer etc. 」
