"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "Everything was readily available, super convenient, great location and much better than a hotel. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, full kitchen, large common area and laundry facilities in the same complex. "

"The location was excellent and walking distance from the beautiful English market, shops and restaurants. Since it is a student accommodation I was prepared to a less confort, but our family stay was great. The place super clean and the person working at the registration desk was wonderful. "The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"Great property lots of beds. Great social room well stocked kitchen area. Great location within Kinsale. 1 towel person. Parking was a chore each evening, on street parking with no reserved parking. "Was there for a gig taking place at the virgin media park. The hotel is right by the bus stop to from the airport which was about a 20 minute ride from, cost of about 1.50e one way. The bus station and other stops was also literally 5 minute walk from the hotel. The venue itself also a 10 minute bus ride. Walkable from Oliver Plunkett street and the main streets for shopping/pubs etc. I’d contacted the hotel beforehand to see if the pool and other facilities would be accessible before and after checkout as we had early and late flights, and they promptly responded advising they were though we didn’t end up using them. The hotel kept our bags all day before checking in and all day after checking out. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was a deluxe double bed and single bed absolutely ideal for 2 friends to share or for couples or a family for an over night or as a base. Would stay again. No problems "
