Room cold and decor needs to be upgraded. Breakfast mediocre. Evening meal was incredible as was spa. Some small tweaks would have made a huge difference. Staff were lovely.

Best Place to stay in Ballina

1st continental Europe standards Hotel in Ireland. Most hotels in Dublin should learn from Ice how the standard hotel should look like. It is the best Hotel in Ballina.

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス
The staff were super nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed in the state of the hotel as it looks a little run down. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. Our bathroom had a broken tile, and the shower layout was tight for one person and got water all over the floor. We paid for a seaweed bath which wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money. We were able to use the hot tub and sauna for free because we purchased one of the bath treatments but they charge $30 for anyone who wants access - not worth it. Two hot tubs were broken, there was no ice bath/cold plunge, it was just a bucket of cool water you dumped on yourself. We ended up cancelling our dinner reservation and eating at a pub down the street (So Yummy! It was called Quay West Ballina). I can’t speak for the food at the Ice House since we didn’t eat there. We went to the bar and had a couple drinks when we got back from our dinner down the road. Overall, we were disappointed with the overall stay, especially after paying almost $1000 (CAD).

Nice stay, lovely food in the restaurant.

Birthday trip- spa is extra 25 euro each so not included in your stay. Nice rooms big bed but mattress is soft had a great sleep but we both woke up with sore backs in the morning. Lovely food in the restaurant. Attentive staff super friendly Breakfast was good too try the burrito but fancier coffees are charged out at 4.15 extra I think this should be included in the price of your breakfast. Funky smell on the bottom floor hallway smells like a grease trap not sure what it is but could do with some air fresheners in mean time. Spa- more hot tubs needed you'll have to wait to get in one!

Another amazing stay in the Ice House. Only there for one night in a business trip however wish it was for longer. Rooms are beautiful, food delicious and the staff always friendly. Gorgeous Voya products in the rooms too. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
