Decent hotel room, choices of nice breakfast, very pleasant staff at reception and overall very relaxed atmosphere with lots of green trees, bushes and flowers. Also we spotted monkeys right overhead and 2 macaws fighting next to monkeys. It was spectacular!

We really like the staff! Danielle especially, she was so personable, helpful and friendly:) the property was super large and had multiple amenities! The room was very comfortable and the ac was a bonus!

A good stay

When we first arrived we were a little disappointed that the rooms are so basic, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. However, the rest of the hotel made up for this considering the price. The staff were very lovely, the common areas are nice and spacious, the breakfast has lots of freshly made options. The beds were comfy, air con worked well and the showers were hot. The one thing I wasn’t happy with was the lack of security box in the room. We were assured the property was safe and that was our impression as well, but it would have given us peace of mind going out for the day to know our passports were locked away.

No es tan bueno!!

La verdad me quede esperando la amabilidad de la que otros hablan. Los de recepción bastante pesados hasta ingreidos, a ecepción del muchacho que me reicibio el día que llegue, Los otros muy antipaticos, en el restaurante fue lo mismo, la muchacha que me antendio la primera noche muy amable. en la segunda noche, fatal la salonera llegaba a cada rato, a vigilarme como si fuese a robarme algo. Yo me quede en ese hotel, porque necesitaba estar cerca de unos clientes que estaba visitando, por lo que andaba de trabajo no de paseo. No soy un tipo del más aspecto ni que se vea como un delicuente, pero así me hizo sentir esta persona. lamentablemente no me acuerdo del nombre de ninguno. El personal a ecepción de los que comente, no son nada amables, son arrogantes y prepotentes, no se dan cuenta que tienen trabajo gracias a todas las personas que nos alojamos en ese lugar, que sin clientes se quedarian sin trabajo. Sin duda alguna la mayoría necesita un curso de servicio al cliente.

Overall great area with tons of options to explore. Room was simple and clean but overall had mold growing all over enough to get onto pillows and bedding from structural/maintenance not kept up.
