「Check in was very easy but we had a problem with our billing invoice that was unresolved by the time we left. We changed the dates of our stay and feel we were charged for six nights rather than five. Host was unable to resolve the issue.House was spacious with a lovely sitting room in the back. The yard was unkept and outdoorfurniture was too dirty to sit on. The inside of the house could have been cleaner. The beds were not comfortable and the bedrooms were small. No dryer made washing and...

「First the positives. The beds were comfy and shower good. The negatives - The heater in the lounge didnt work, the amenities were lacking (only 4 forks, 3 bowls, 7 knives, 4 plates. There was food left in the freezer that had spilled everywhere. It was unclean and didnt feel overly safe. The host was also not very responsive. 」

「Hard surface floors not clean enough, some stove controls defective, towels & sheets - new, but not washed. New fridge with packing tape still on shelves. Yard awful. Exterior areas dirty.」

「The host is very deceptive, it is advertised to be a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, it's a 3 bedroom and one bedroom is leased to a tenant. Only 2 bedrooms available with only bathroom available is an ensuite. Certainly not enough beds for the 6 people booking. I had to find other accommodation at premium rate due to the deception. Host unapologetic and am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Would not recommend at all. 」
