Conveniently located directly opposite the Ballarat train station, it offers affordable and unique accommodation perfect for travelers seeking both character and convenience. Each apartment features brand-new beds, and soothing spa baths are available until 9 PM, providing a relaxing way to end your day. While the historic floorboards might creak underfoot or the windows might rattle on a windy night, these quirks only add to the property's old-world charm.

Interaction is available to our owners directly by mobile. The owner lives within 500m of the property and will be offsite the majority of the time.

The property is located on the historic Lydiard street, amongst period homes and a short stroll to the Main Street. The Ballarat station apartments are approximately a 1 minute walk from the train station making it a great stop over stay for travellers.

Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm.
