We had a trouble during check-in. The front desk staff claimed that expedia did ot send any e-nail regarding our booking, and said that there was no reservation made!!!!! Later I showed the email of expedia showingnmy booking details. Later they accepted. But it was so unpleasant to hear that there was no booking:(

Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.
