Ground floor:
The water villa features an extra-large living room with a comfortable seating area, smart TV, and a spacious dining table.

The open-plan kitchen with a cooking island is part of the living room and is equipped with a multifunctional oven, dishwasher, Quooker, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The toilet is separate from the entrance.

First floor:
The first floor, accessible via a staircase from the living room, features two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double box-spring bed; and a second bedroom with a double bed. A large bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Basement:
The basement has two bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed and one with two single beds. There's also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Outdoors
The living room's doors open onto the garden with a lovely terrace overlooking the water. Here you can enjoy endless peace and quiet.
