We loved our stay! We had an age range from 3 - 70. Something for everyone. We rented a boat which was a huge hit. Pool, fishing off the docks, pool table, fire pit, walks in the neighbor hood, grocery store 1 mile away. I will definitely consider going back again.

Memorial weekend family adventure

Each summer our family looks forward to one or two gatherings at different locations with in the region.This years selection on the Seneca River focused on location to water with all the property amenities offered. While the weather did not co operate the accommodations exceeded expectations.My grandson loves to fish and he caught a lot of big fish and he wants to go back.

Fantastic Riverfront Property

The Seneca River home was a pleasure to stay at for my wife, family and I while we visited local family in the Baldwinsville area for Thanksgiving. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The property was exactly how it was described on the VRBO web listing We look forward to staying again !

Wonderful property and location

The location is absolutely beautiful, a few dozen feet from the Seneca river. The property has features that make it pleasant in the fall. For instance, there is a gas fireplace on the back screened in porch - makes the space nice and warm, great gathering area.

The house sits out on a point on the Seneca River, so you have beautiful water views everywhere you look. Tons of room. Owner was very responsive. Perfect hub for our son’s wedding.

Beautiful Property

We were in central NY visiting family and needed a 6 bedroom place so this property was ideal. It was spacious enough for 9 of us and the views of the Seneca River from the sun room were lovely to wake up to. We thank Karl for leaving his pool open because the weather was like summer and we spent a lot of time swimming, using the sauna and jacuzzi and playing corn hole. We will definitely stay here again our next visit.

We had a great time at this house! Had 12 people (most adults) and we had plenty of room and were not crowded at all. The pool was so fun, loved the slide! We fished quite a bit off the dock. I messaged with the homeowner a few times and he was very quick to respond. Would definitely go back!!!

We came for a few days, family of 6 The house is very big and has room for more than one family The pool was perfect, the sunsets and sunrise are magical, great jacuzzi and pool table We rented the boat as well and it added to our experience Went out for a boat ride every day and jumped from the boat to the water. So much fun and extraordinary hospitality

My adult children, spouses, and grandkids ranging in age from 7 months to 20 all had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out in this spacioius house, swimming and hot tubbing, playing pool, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.

Spacious House

The house was very spacious for our group that stayed for a long weekend. We had plenty of room for everyone for dinner and hang out. The view from the house was beautiful and relaxing. The house is set off by itself so it was very peaceful and quiet! It was an older home and could use some updates but we were extremely happy with our time there. The stairs in the house were very narrow but there are rooms both upstairs and downstairs to accommodate people. Would stay again!

The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated the fire pit and the grill! The house was stunning and so spacious. Thank you for such a great stay, we had such a great time for our reunion.

Perfect vacation

The property was exactly as presented on line. It was roomy and exactly what our large and varied group needed. The heated pool, lawn space for yard games and the river for fishing and boating provided plenty of out door fun for all ages. Inside there are multiple tv’s a pool table, wifi and even a tread mill. We never ventured beyond the property for entertainment.

Great weekend getaway with friends

Seven adults friends were looking for a place to stay to bike on the Erie Canal Trailway and take in the solar eclipse and this fit the bill perfectly. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, Water pressure was good. We cooked two full breakfasts and two dinners and supplies and cookware were right what we needed. The pool table was used and the hot tub was perfect. the sun room at the rear of the house could be opened wide on each side which was nice. All in all the house contributed to a perfect weekend

Girls kayak trip

House was as advertised, was perfect for 8 women on a kayaking trip. The weather was very warm, upper 90's and humid so we were thankful to have the pool and ample air conditioning. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Each room had a TV but some we couldn't find the remotes to use them. Same with the remotes for the lights and ceiling fans. Overall great stay, the house just needs a bit of TLC. We would definitely stay again.
