"It was neat to stay in a historic property. In a Quality Inn or Comfort Inn style hotel, the thick carpeting would have been suspicious regarding cleanliness, but it was nice here. I would have liked to see formal photos and a description display about this property, like in a museum."

A bar and Godfathers Pizza is directly across the street.This is a newly remodeled place and it is great, one of the best that I have stayed in. It is very roomy, well furnished and quiet. There was no issue with parking on the street in front of the place."
