Baldwin Beach

Great communication with owner. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen size sofa bed. Air conditioner unit in the living room only. The plenty of dish and cook wear. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach is literally across the street and 2 others on both sides. Kamaole I beach has best water clarity for snorkeling. Building 10 is super quiet.

The only thing was whn thy say quite time it really means quite time..so if u want to get some fresh air and hang out outside..this is not the place

Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.
