The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Sehr saubere großzügige Wohnung, mit großer Terrasse im ersten Stock. Für Radfahrer interessant da zur Wohnung auch ein Schuppen gehört, um die Räder Witterungsgeschützt abzustellen. Wer eine ruhige Möglichkeit sucht, erholsame Tage zu verbringen ist hier richtig."

"The place was clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Robert personally came by to greet us and all communicaton was easy and fast. Nice touch to have all the necessitites for home cooking and a fresh coffee and tea in the morning provided. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Bus stop basically in front of the door which gets you quickly into the lovely old town of Lübeck"

"Kleines gepflegtes Haus direkt am See in einer Kleingartenanlage.Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig.Im Haus ist soweit alles vorhanden was man täglich braucht.Zum Einkaufen sindMölln und Ratzeburg mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen . Der Kontakt zurVermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. "

"Alles ganz schön, aber dass es weder Internet/WLAN gibt sollte sollte im Inserat zumindest erwähnt werden. Auch eine Mikrowelle ist heute Standart. Etwas problematisch auch die Kopplung von Lüftung und Heizung per Lichtschalter an der Küchenzeile. Es kam zum versehendlichen Ausschalten der Heizung durch Berührung mit dem Ellbogen."

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."
