the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. ...

Bakuriani is an excellent ski resort for the family. We went between Dec. 25-26, 2018 and there was a lot of snow to enjoy with. The best part is the slopes which are much more smaller and safer for kids and untrained skiers like me :)
