hotels.comdan rezervasyonumu yapıp onaylamalarına rağmen odaları kalmadığı için otellerine almadılar. Rezervasyonda ödememi yapmış olmama rağmen paramı geri iade dahi etmediler. Üstüne yüzüme telefon aralamaları bağırarak ve yüzüme kapatarak yanıtlayıp terbiyesizce davrandılar. Personel hizmet her anlamda rezalet bir otel. Sakın gitmeyin derim... Despite booking and confirming from hotels.com did not stay in the hotel because they do not have rooms. Even though I made my payment on the reservation, they did not even refund my money.
