Good stay.. Could have been better!!!

The stay was good.. it could have been better. The interiors of the room need to be taken care of and need to be repaired. The housekeeping was good on some days and okay on few days. In room dining was slow and one time they totally forgot my order but as a nice gesture they gave me free soft drinks. The breakfast was good and staff always helpful. I requested a late checkout by one hour and was denied saying the hotel the full.. which was not. I would prefer other Marriot properties next time for my stay in Baku being a Marriot Bonvoy member.

Outstanding hotel with great staff

Truly magnificent. The reception, restaurant and management team need particular mention. Nothing was too much trouble for Lala and her team. We'll done all.

الفندق نظيف ومريح والغرفه بالسريرين التؤائم تعتبر ممتازه لعائله من زوجين وطفلين صغارين لكن لايوجد مسبح وموقع الفندق رائع بالقرب من منجل ستيك هاوس ومقابل لعين أذبيجان وقريب من الممشى والكورنش كانت مدة اقامتنا في الفندق لثلاث ليالي ثم طلبنا التمديد بضع ساعات لحين موعد الذهاب الى المطار فأخبرونا حتى الساعه السادسه سيتم احتساب نصف سعر الليله وبعد الساعه السادسة سيتم احتساب سعر الليله كامله لكن عندما سألناهم أننا نريد حتى الساعه السادسه أولا اعطونا سعر 86 مانات ثم غيروا كلامهم وقالوا أن السعر حتى الساعه السادسه سيكون 112 مانات (للعلم كانت الليله بسعر 150 مانات تم احتسابها لنا خلال الثلاث ليالي أي أن نصفها 75مانات ) وبعد مناقشات اصروا على 112 مانات مما اضطرنا للخروج وحجز فندق آخر لسوء تعاملهم ومحاولتهم التلاعب في السعر

موقع رائع 1500 متر من شارع نظامي و800 متر من فينيسيا الصغيرة إذا تحب تحجز لازم غرفة مطلة ع البحر لأن الغرف الخلفيه ماتصلح ابدا
