It's situated in a vibrant and lively neighborhood, and we were just a short taxi ride from the center and all major points. Everything we needed was within easy reach. A special shout-out to the people who work there. They were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, taking the time to help us and share local tips.

Very nice and clean hotel, all staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was very good too.The hotel is not far from shop and amenities and walkable to old city as well.Overall we are very pleased and would love to stay here again .

The hotel is very clean and staff were helpful. Decent breakfast every morning with both hot and cold buffet. Shops and city centre with the walking distance.Overall very happy with our choice n definitely will return in the future.

Hotel in an excellent location. Many amenities nearby, including the Nizami Metro station. A bad experience booking a tour with a receptionist, Kanan. During an organized tour by Kanan, the driver, who didn't speak English—even though we had booked a driver who spoke English—demanded us to pay a supposed parking fine he'd received... Overall, a good hotel, but the staff wasn't up to par. In fact sometimes they didn't even say hello when you entered or they weren't even present at reception desk. For example, to check out we waited about 15 minutes for someone to arrive to collect the keys.

Rooms and breakfast are OK. The 'spa' is in appalling conditions and should not be open nor called a spa. The spouse referred to the massage area as the place were the pigs are slaughtered.

Very nice hotel near Nizami metro station.

We like this hotel. The advantages: big contemporary rooms (we have two rooms connected together) which is very convenient for families; nice comfortable beds; very rich and delicious breakfast; the silence in rooms; the availability of swimming pool (not big), dry sauna and hammam; the proximity to metro. The only disadvantage was that there was not a view on street from our rooms (just to internal courtyard). But it was very quiet during our stay. We will necessarily be back in future because Baku is a beautiful city.

The rooms were clean, but there was some variety room to room. We had reserved non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately one room had an ashtray and a heavy smell of smoke. The staff were helpful to move our guests during the stay. The front desk was always ready to help with calling taxis and answering questions. The lounge offered a delicious open spread for breakfast. Unfortunately it was only served starting ta 8am. Additionally, the space was not welcoming at other parts of the day.

EXCELENT stay!! TIP use the app BOLT to get around Baku, its really cheap. TIP#2 the grocery store BRAVO is just up the street. Very easy to walk around this hotel area. Theres also good Donar kebabs and Cup cup coffee a friendly cafe up the street. The hotel was clean, the staff were nice. Only one small beware for tourists, if the guy in the bacement says you have to pay cash for the pool after using it, go back upstairs and talk to the staff at the front desk, I think the shady guy in the bacement was trying to make us pay when we did not need to, the front desk said some rooms include pool, some dont but ours does. The guy downstairs even called, and said ours does not include pool, we pretended to go get the money, as we thought it was weird he only wanted cash downstairs and no card upstairs...sus...so we told the front desk people and its all good no need to pay, the shady dude called us 5 hours later in our hotel room and asked us why we didnt pay, we told him the front desk told us not to. Other than this the front desk staff were super nice. They also had internaitonal adapter in the room and USP plugs. The breakfast as good, lots of fruits. Tea is good. Dont drink the juice...it was more like syrup...... but other than this would def recomend

Albergo molto carino, staff sempre disponibile, colazione molto buona e abbondante. Ero qui per la Formula 1 a Baku e il circuito è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa 15/20 minuti. L’unico problema é stato mentre facevo il checkout e controllavo che avevo preso tutte le mie cose g l’ho trovato un posacenere pieno di sigarette nel comodino accanto al letto. Non avevo il tempo per dirlo al reception dato che il taxi stava arrivando per portarmi all’aeroporto. A parte questo mi è piaciuto molto l’albergo!

Kahvaltı çok iyi. Otele giriş -çıkış saatlerinde daha iyi bir uygulama olması gerekiyor. Örneğin sabah giriş saat 10, ögle çıkış 14 olsun. Sabah çok erken gidip orda otele giriş saati beklemek çok zor oluyor. Çocuklu misafirler için çocuk bakımı yapmak zor oluyor. Sabah 7'de gidip ,saat 14 giriş saatini bekledik. 5-6saati otelin dışında geçirdik. Otele erken giriş ve çıkış için bir günlük otel ücretine denk otel ücreti isteniyor. Otel giriş -çıkışı için daha uygun alternatifler olsun. Örneğin otele giriş saati sabah 10, öğle 14,akşam 18 , otelden çıkış saatleri de aynı şekilde yapılsın. Otele giriş -çıkış tercihi rezervasyon yaparken belirlensin. Ücreti de baştan öyle ayarlansın. Çıkış saatleri de 9- 13- 17olsun. Benim şahsi düşüncem bu. Hotels com sitesinin döviz çevirilerinde problem var. Gittiyimiz otel bizden rezervasyon ücretinden daha çok ücret aldılar. Bir günlük otel ücreti daha ek ücret aldılar. En büyük sorun bu oldu.

Kaldığımız oda seçtiğimiz odaya göre farklı ve küçüktü. Başta bizim için bu bir sorundu. Sonrasında çalışanlar durumu açıkladılar ve sıkıntı yaşamadık. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda gayet iyiydi.
