low season-very quiet and nice stay. parking next to entrance, enjoyable breakfast

I am writing to share how much we enjoyed our recent stay at your hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the city sunset view was beautiful. We also appreciated the morning and evening hours of the sauna, which allowed us to enjoy a quick session before leaving the hotel. Additionally, having the swimming pool right next to the sauna provided a wonderful space to lounge together. Thank you for a great experience.

I enjoyed the stay. My room was conveniently located in the same building as a grocery mart. The room met my needs. The communication could have been better. I had several questions due to the fact this was a family vacation and I rented three rooms. There were several calls I made from Helsinki to the UK where the business is done. I didn’t get anyone to answer several times which was tough after a long travel day. Eventually we got it sorted out and I’ll know how to handle it in the future if I stay again.
