「Pulled up at OYO Baton Rouge after a long drive and felt relieved at how convenient everything was. Plus they provided free toiletries!」

「Fun and funky location, good price, very old home with giant ceilings. "Spanish Town" is unique; strolling around the neighborhood to view homes and gardens is a treat. Coffee shop down the street, downtown area and Interstate very close by. Designated parking is helpful, in an area that is "permit parking" only. I love the high end finishes/products, artwork, and decor. Convenient kitchen: air fryer, microwave, Keurig, but strangely, no potholders, and just one kitchen towel, no sponge or...

「Modern, spacious, and immaculate apartment. Ideally located in a high-rise building with a full-service grocery store on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. Responsive and helpful host. 」

「Don’t be fooled when you pull in, the apartment was nice and quiet and near lots of stuff. The batteries were out in all the remotes and low on the ac thermostat, but that was really our only problem. Definitely worth the price.」

「room was clean and well maintained. Apartment was within walking distance of Capitol which was important. Overall, good experience and I would stay here again」

「The place smelled of smoke. Bedding was very old and not comfortable. Not a great neighborhood. Party house not an overnight 」

「Brenda's place was perfect for our stay during LSU graduation weekend. She provided a welcoming space for me and my family. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom having it's own bathroom came in handy for several girls trying to get ready each morning. Despite the location being on a super busy street, the townhouses are tucked behind a business and fencing - making it surprisingly quiet. Thank you Brenda for a fantastic stay!」

「Stay was very nice and comfortable, minor issue being the garage opener didn’t work, but nonetheless I’d recommend this place and I’d book again 」

「The bathroom was totally unacceptable and the whole building had an odor. I don't require the Ritz, but I also don’t do 49 a night motels. The mold on the shower curtain was totally unacceptable and the shower head hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We spent the night Friday night out of necessity because we got into town so late and we left early the next morning. So we booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed 8 hours. I have stayed in multiple rental properties and this is by far...

「Comfortable bed combined with quick access to parking makes this spot worth considering if you're visiting Port Allen or Baton Rouge area for sports events or anything else, enjoyed every minute!」
