Superb 5 star spa hotel set in a beautiful part of the Black Forest. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The changing set menu in the restaurant every evening offered great choice. The food at all times, including the buffet lunch, was excellent. The entire resort was clean and well maintained. There was a large range of options in the spa, including multiple hammams, saunas and pools. The ONLY negative was that the spa staff seemed less friendly and a bit slow to provide fresh plastic cups for drinking water. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Einziges Manko ist das schwache Internet (Junior Suite 120). Das Frühstück ist in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich, die Frische-Abteilung hat mir sehr gut gefallen!
