He went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable — and when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses case by the pool, the team personally made sure it was found and returned. That kind of genuine care is what makes this place truly special. The Bay View Lounge was another highlight — a perfect spot to unwind with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and gorgeous views. And of course, the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Iqbal, who welcomed us each time with warmth and a smile, and made every visit feel special with his impeccable hospitality. Also, a big shout-out to Martha, our lovely Customer Experience Host at reception. Her beautiful smile and kind, welcoming nature made us feel instantly at home. Nice little touches like a complimentary plate of desserts brought to my room randomly and the housekeeping even folded and organized my discarded clothing and wrapped up my electronics cables neatly with Velcro cable wraps. Breakfast and lunch buffets were good, adult beverages were somewhat expensive though."
