The luxurious 4 bedrooms villa is built on 2 levels with private pool of landscape-terrain, situated in the center of Bagnols-en-Forêt. The perfect stay for families and large groups of friends, can accommodate 8 persons. There are sun lounger for your privacy, while a barbecue to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal with families and friends together.

This is the typical village from the Var-region between sea and mountains, full of history. From Bagnols, it takes only 20 km to reach Fréjus. The nearest supermarkets are 1 km, restaurants are 2 km, golf course is 5 km and the lake is 10 km away.

Villa op een mooie en rustige locatie, heel proper, ruime tuin en leuk zwembad (zwembadspeelgoed ter beschikbaar). Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door Florence en Daniël waarmee het aangenaam was om afspraken rond aankomst en vertrek te maken. Op 5min autorijden ligt een supermarktje en leuk dorpje met verschillende gezellige restaurantjes. Fijne calanques aan zee op klein uurtje rijden. We willen zeker nog eens terugkomen!

Schlechte Stühle lösten sich und waren veraltet. Dann erhielten wir eine E-Mail, dass sie von uns kaputt gemacht wurden. Die Bettlaken waren auch nicht in Ordnung. Ich wusste nicht, was der Matratzenschoner war, und erhielt eine E-Mail, dass dies nicht in Ordnung sei! Aber 1 Sonnenschirm, der auch nicht stabil war, gefährlich, wenn der Wind drin war! Die Küche war in Ordnung, aber ohne Klimaanlage sehr heiß.

Top verblijf. Mooie ruime villa (kraaknet) met een mooie aangelegde tuin met bloemen, planten en zwembad. Airconditioning op alle slaapkamers. Alle benodigdheden aanwezig van keuken materiaal. Villa is zeer goed onderhouden, zoals de foto's op de website getoond worden is het in werkelijkheid ook. Aangenaam en vriendelijk ontvangst van de huurders. Rustige omgeving, privacy. Leuke wandelroutes in de buurt. Winkel, tankstation, apotheek binnen 1 km aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar. Verlof juli 2023 met gezin (4 personen).

Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad, prachtige omgeving, heerlijk zwembad en mooi groot huis.. Supermarkt zit op 5 minuten rijden met de auto.. En de prachtige kustlijn is 30 minuten rijden vanaf het huis. Wij komen zeker nog terug!

We hebben met heel ons gezin en kleinkind Sett van 3 weken twee fantastische weken gehad in de zeer comfortabele, geriefelijke villa. Zeer warm ontvangst van de eigenaars en vlotte afhandeling achteraf. Villa was tip top in orde. Het zwembad en de tuin prima onderhouden. Zeer rustige mooie omgeving met prachtig uitzicht. Winkel met ruim aanbod en een typisch Frans pitoresk dorpje op slechts enkele kilometers. Kortom een aanrader en één van de beste gezinsvakanties die we gehad hebben.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires consciencieux qui nous ont bien expliqué les spécificités de cette très belle maison de vacances. Celle-ci est décorée avec goût et est équipée de tout le matériel et confort nécessaires. Elle se niche dans un beau jardin et offre une jolie piscine ainsi que des terrasses couvertes ou non couvertes. L'ensemble dégage une ambiance de calme et de sérénité. L'endroit est idéal pour se reposer et profiter de bons moments en famille ou entre amis.

Super mooi huis en plek. Rustig gelegen met prachtig zwembad. Aardige eigenaren. We hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad. Het was erg warm in de periode van ons verblijf. Enige nadeel was het ontbreken van een airco op de kamer.

Bij aankomst was de eigenaresse er en heeft het huis laten zien .Alles was goed schoon en alles op de parasol na werkte , daar was een stangetje bij een scharnier afgebroken .Mevrouw stond ook verbaast te kijken dat dat stuk was .We hebben het niet gemist .We waren met twee personen en de hond en hebben alleen de beneden verdieping gebruikt .Het is een makkelijk huis en kan zo de tuin inlopen .Voor de hond een lekker stukje gras en niet te ver lopen een bos om de hond uit te laten .Een half uur rijden en je zit aan de middellandse zee met alle bekende plaatsen zoals Frejus ,Cannes ,Nice enz .We hebben wat weer betreft (15-09/29-09) twee prachtige weken gehad met soms over de dertig graden dus onze vakantie kon niet stuk .

Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenares. We hebben een volledige rondleiding door het huis gekregen met de nodige uitleg erbij alles zag er op het eerste zicht netjes en proper uit. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is in het huis aanwezig. Bij dit warme weer was een airco geen overbodige luxe geweest het was echt warm op de kamers om te slapen zeker op de bovenverdieping! Insectenspray mag zeker niet vergeten worden!!! De terrasstoelen zitten niet echt aangenaam voor een langere periode. Door de hoogte-intervallen op het terras (ook naar het zwembad toe) is een omheining aan te raden zeker met peutertjes die nog op verkenning gaan. Vanop het terras kan je via 4 trappen naar het zwembad waardoor kleine kinderen snel naar het zwembad kunnen gaan er staat wel een alarm op het zwembad. Een omheining van het terras (en zeker naar zwembad) zou een extra veilig gevoel geven. Aan het zwembad was het heerlijk ontspannen. Het water had een aangename temperatuur van 28°C. Tegen 16.30h was er echter door de bomen geen zon meer aan het zwembad waardoor het frisser aanvoelde, zeker als er wat wind was. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd waardoor een avondduik net wat minder wordt. De lichtschakelaar voor het zwembad hebben we niet gevonden wat voor extra sfeer kon zorgen. Om kleine boodschappen te doen, ligt er een Carrefour kortbij. Voor grote inkopen moest je dan weer een 10km rijden. Bakker (alleen stokbrood e.d. brood kennen ze er precies niet), apotheek, cafeetjes, … liggen in het kleine gezellige dorpje op een paar minuten rijden. Wil je ergens naartoe is de auto wel essentieel! We hebben met 2 gezinnen een heerlijke en ontspannen vakantieweek gehad in dit huis! Zeker een aanrader!

Alles was perfect in orde! Huis was op en top proper. Geweldig sympathieke huiseigenaar. Carrefour ligt op 400 meter, wel met de auto maar dat is normaal in het Zuiden van Frankrijk. Hier was ook alles te vinden, verse producten en aangename winkel. Omgeving was erg mooi, uitzicht kan je niet kopen. Mooie, lange oprit. Ruime parking. Heel mooi zwembad, niet heel erg groot maar goede grote voor een verfrissing. Voldoende en goede ligstoelen. Stoelen aan de tafel buiten zitten niet erg aangenaam voor een langere periode. Er zijn verschillende gezelschapsspelletjes en de pooltafel is een leuke extra. De kamers zijn ruim en erg proper. Ramen en luiken zijn makkelijk in gebruik. Grote kleerkast met voldoende hang en legmogelijkheden. Er zijn maar liefst 3 badkamers. Boven is er 1 badkamer voor twee slaapkamers met een apart toilet. Beneden is er een slaapkamer met ensuite, een slaapkamer langs een grote badkamer met twee deuren. Een vanuit de kamer en een vanuit de gang. Ook hier is een apart toilet. Een grote aanrader voor iedereen die het zuiden van Frankrijk wil ontdekken. Verschillende kleine en mooie dorpen in de omgeving alsook de havenstad met strand Fréjus. Topvakantie in een geweldig huis!

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in het huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Het huis ligt eerder afgelegen, je hebt de wagen nodig om ergens te geraken. Het zwembad had al een aangename temperatuur voor de 2e week in juni. De streek is ook heel mooi en er zijn heel veel leuke plaatsen die je kan bezoeken.
