"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The service was always excellent. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. "My stay here was so relaxing! You cannot help but unwind in the thermal waters of the beautiful pools and in the lovely green surroundings. My room with a balcony was spotless with plenty of sockets. I booked half board and the food at both breakfast and dinner was plentiful and delicious, with efficient and pleasant waiting staff. With only a short 5 minute walk to the station, you can easily visit other towns nearby. I would certainly return here."

"Everything was perfect. The location is simply wonderful: right in the historic center of Ferrara. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. We were just disappointed to learn at check-in that the hotel had only four parking spaces and that they needed to be reserved in advance. We would have preferred to know this beforehand, as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, they made us pay 7€ for 24hours of park on street parking places and they edited the parking ticket for us. Breakfast was good! Thank you so much for the stay!"

"Very nice hotel. Honestly speaking it looks amazing on pics but is different in real life. Not much, but still different. Nevertheless, it is very nice hotel and personnel. Breakfast could be improved a bit to add more variety of food. Rooms are not brand new and have some signs of age, but it is very old construction building and such things including the size of the shower room are small because of this reason. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Very close to Ferrara historic center."
