The Salzburger Hof apartment building is surrounded by greenery yet still in a central location. Karlspark, with its magnificent old trees, is right next door, while the Kurgarten—with its beautiful plantings, the graduation tower, and the Royal Kurhaus—is about 350 meters away. The Bad Reichenhall main train station is at the other end of Mozartstraße (about 250 m away). A full-service supermarket, a discount store, and a drugstore are within 300 to 600 m. The Schwabenbräu restaurant is about 150 m away, and the start of the pedestrian zone is about 350 m away. The apartments have been (partially) renovated in recent years. They feature a modern kitchen and, in some cases, new PVC flooring or carpeting. All apartments have a small, covered balcony (renovated in 2020) with a mountain view. You have the option to reserve a 25 m² single room with a private bathroom for an additional guest. If you’re interested, please let us know in your inquiry. All apartments and single rooms are accessible by elevator. This is a smoke-free property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are included in the room rate. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Free parking spaces are available right next to the building. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available on the first floor. A shuttle service to and from Salzburg Airport is available by prior arrangement. Arrival before or after the specified check-in times is possible by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, you can store your luggage in a lockable room on the first floor. A common room with access to restrooms is available. Your hosts live in the building and can be reached if you have any problems or questions.
The approximately 38 m² one-room Apartment 301 accommodates up to 2 people. It is located on the 3rd floor, facing northeast toward the parking lot, with a beautiful view of the Staufen and Fuderheuberg mountains, as well as the Kirchholz and Karlspark. It is equipped with two separable double beds (100 x 200 cm), a cozy sitting area with wingback chairs and a table, a large built-in closet, a sideboard, and a desk with a flat-screen TV. There are plenty of easily accessible electrical outlets near the beds and by the desk. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2012. It is equipped with a two-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a basic set of pots, dishes, cutlery, etc. The bathroom features a toilet, bathtub, exhaust fan, and a hair dryer. The entryway includes a coat rack and a luggage rack.
