Welcome to our newly renovated holiday and boarding house in Bad Kohlgrub. The house is quiet, right next to the spa park, and yet all shops are within walking distance. You like it sporty? Directly from the house leads a hiking trail in the beautiful mountains.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Enjoy the (evening) sun alone or for two on your terrace and let yourself taste the self-grilled food (WeberGrill available).

In the equipment we attach great importance to quality products. For example, you not only sleep on good, but the best mattresses that have been tested by the TÜV.

You want to stay longer? No problem. The kitchen is fully equipped and conjures with you delicious food together. You want to wash clothes? Take advantage of our washer / dryer (with coin).

Excellent all around

Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend.

Das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können. Der Titel ALPENPANORAMA ist leider für diese Wohnung nicht zutreffend, zuvielversprechend. Aber eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit netten Vermietern und Verwaltern. Da die Wohnung nach Westen ausgerichtet ist, leider erwas düster und dazu noch im EG. Der angrenzende Bach und Hecken begünstigen das noch. Im Sommer und wenn es heiß ist, vielleicht etwas besser. Aber alles in allem war es schön dort. Es hat alles super funktioniert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - alles super sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr geräumige und schön/modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Das Schlafzimmer ist Richtung Kurpark, also nachts sehr ruhig. Bad Kohlgrub ist für Tagesausflüge super gelegen.

Sehr nette Verwaltung, man hat alles bekommen, was man brauchte. Die Lage war ruhig, nur zu der Zeit, als wir angereist sind, waren viele Baumarbeiten im benachbarten Park, sodass es sehr früh und lange laut war. Aber ich denke das liegt an der Jahreszeit.

Mooi, ruim en modern appartement

Het appartement is mooi, voor 2 personen heel ruim en is modern ingericht. De bedden slapen echt heerlijk, je merkt aan alles dat er aandacht aan kwaliteit is besteed. Het ligt aan een rustige doodlopende weg, van waaruit je mooie wandelingen kunt maken. Een goede Italiaan is op 4 minuten loopafstand. Een echte aanrader dus!
