"We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described. We left the windows open for the cool night air and we slept well through the night. The town was very quiet when we visited (June, before school break), but it was just the quiet lovely space that we wanted. "What a great place! We only stayed for one night, for a short visit to Munich en route home from a week in the mountains, but wished we'd extended and booked longer... Great communication from Silvia and Ralf, and a brilliant welcome - a trail of clear signs leading to the keys and the apartment door, and a personalised welcome sign outside - lovely. Inside, the apartment is fantastic - lots of space, with vaulted ceiling, very clean and extremely well appointed, and a really nice, interesting...

"The property is quaint and lovely, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a two nights stay with our two dogs. A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. However, we still had a wonderful stay and recommend the area and the property."

"Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!"

Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und warm und wir sind immer gerne nach Spaziergängen im Schnee dorthin zurückgekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. "The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."
