Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister verlief hervorragend. Er reagierte stets schnell und effizient. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und unabhängig. Die Wohnung ist eine Reise in die Vergangenheit; die Einrichtung und die Möbel sind alle recht alt und in einem sehr „einzigartigen“ Stil, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (voll ausgestattete Küche, Decken, Garage usw.). Das Einzige, was nicht so gut war, war die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass es auch eine „Gebühr“ gibt, die pro Tag in bar bezahlt werden muss. Auch davon wussten wir nichts; wir sahen nur den Zettel auf dem Tisch. Kurz gesagt, es war ein gute Aufenthalt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch am Ortsrand und strahlt Behaglichkeit aus. Wir haben uns dort mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliche liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht,sogar eine Speisekammer mit Getränken, selbstgemachten Marmeladen usw.! Auch unser Hund hat es sehr genossen..Spaziergänge direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Gute Gastronomie in der Umgebung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.Top

Ruhiger Erholungsort

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Die Gastgeberin Ida hat die Wohnung wirklich sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum Wandern, wir waren im Winter dort, hatten Schnee und sehr viel Rodelspaß am Ochsenkopf.Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Perfekt für unseren Kurzaufenthalt

Wir waren wegen der Bayreuther Festspiele da, das war perfekt. Man ist in 25 min mit dem Auto in Bayreuth, wohnt aber idyllisch im Grünen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, mit vielen liebevollen Details. Toll ist die große Speisekammer, wo auch u.a. selbstgemachte Marmeladen und Sirup zum Verkauf waren (sehr fairer Preis), auch Eier von eigenen Hühnern konnte man bestellen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Ida war immer sehr freundlich, leider nicht persönlich, weil sie gerade nicht da war. Das Bett breit und superbequem. Toilette und Bad getrennt, was ich praktisch finde. Lediglich der Außeneingang war etwas dunkel, da musste man sich abends mit dem Handy leuchten, aber es wurde ja mitgeteilt, dass draußen noch gebaut wird. Wobei wir keinerlei Belästigung durch den Bau hatten, während unserer Zeit hat der Bau geruht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielleicht mal im Winter, wenn man den tollen Holzofen ausprobieren kann... Danke, Ida!

Individuelle Hundefreundliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie hat alles was man braucht. Eine Speisekammer in der die Vermieterin sogar selbstgemachte Marmeladen und andere Dinge anbietet. Wir haben frische Eier bekommen, in der Küche gibt es viele versch. Gewürze und alles was man so braucht. Uns wurde Holz für den Kaminofen zur Verfügung gestellt und wir hätten auch einen Grill nutzen können. Wir waren mit 3 Hunden dort und das stellte kein Problem dar. Wir waren die meiste Zeit allein in dem Haus und es war sehr schön ruhig.

Idylle pur ....

Das Objekt liegt an einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Dorfstraße. Es ist ein altes Haus und hat viel Charme. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Früh morgens wird man von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt - kann ein Tag schöner beginnen? Wir wollten wandern, die Umgebung entdecken und einfach mal ausspannen. Nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt, kann man wunderbar mit dem Hund auf Wiesen und einem Wald spazieren gehen. Unser Fazit: Für alle, die die Natur und Ruhe lieben, ist dieses Objekt in jedem Falle zu empfehlen.

War nicht schlecht!!!

Als Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sicherheit auf Treppen (bei Eingang) ist NULL!!!! Man kann sich nur schönes Wetter wünschen!!! 💋
