Very friendly staff, above average. Hot water in shower was adequate for me but would not get hot enough for wife. Room was very nice, did have a stool not flushing correctly which was corrected.

This place sucks. Poor condition, needs updated badly. Had to ask to move rooms as the door didn't fit the frame. We moved to Second room and it was sad condition. Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter.
