"Clean & Quiet! Exactly what we we needed!"
Golden Gables Inn Dazzler Select by Wyndham
8/10 Good
"Room was very spacious and clean, since we were traveling in for 1 night it was great to have a refrigerator to put items from our cooler in. Beds were also very comfortable, only disappointment is we booked for hot tub and it was closed while we were there, unsupervised children in the pool area splashing constantly made it tough to stay down there for any length of time."
Cambria Hotel North Conway

"All the staff was great!!"
The Wolfeboro Inn
8/10 Good
"The hotel is in a great location, literally a two-minute walk to downtown Wolfeboro, which was definitely the biggest plus for us. Our room was clean, and our interactions with the front desk were perfectly fine. We did not eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. Our room, I believe #105, was right next to the check-in area and was a handicap-accessible room. The window was basically at ground level, and between that and the room lighting, it felt a little dark. The hotel does have a small beach area, but unfortunately it really wasn’t set up to be enjoyed. There were only about seven lounge chairs for the entire hotel, and they weren’t very comfortable. There were also three Adirondack chairs, one of which was broken. There were no beach towels or umbrellas available. Luckily, we had brought our own beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The area where the “pool toys,” floats, etc. were stored was locked, so none of those were available to use either. Just to clarify, there is no swimming pool at the hotel. There was also a firepit, but we were told it couldn’t be used due to fire department restrictions because of the dry conditions, which is obviously understandable. One thing that really surprised me was how much unused potential the hotel has. There is a good-sized porch off one of the function rooms that would have been a great place to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee, but there were no chairs or seating out there at all. The beach and outdoor areas co"
Merrill Farm Inn

"Get this out there first: the room was very spacious for my wife and I along with our two daughters. It was also cleaned each day with fresh towels and tidied up nicely. The breakfast was decent although a little different with a sit down setup rather than a buffet. The property manager/owner was very attentive and could be seen driving around ensuring things were ok and responding to guests. The location is great too!! With all of that said, the property is in pretty serious need of updates and/or remodeling. Our room was clean but aesthetically a mix of 80’s/90’s wall paper and outdated carpet and the bathroom was a little crammed. The property itself looks as if it hasn’t been updated or renovated in about 20 years with rotting wooden retaining walls, an astroturf putting green that’s all wrinkled and worn, a shuffleboard area that needs repaving and the walk to the river side is eroded. It also looked as if the exercise room had really old equipment in it too. I am understanding of cost and stuff, but with improvements this place can be magical given its location. Invest in the property!"
The Green Granite North Conway, an Ascend Collection Hotel
8/10 Good
"The property is very pet friendly and the staff was all great! The pools and playground were all kept well and breakfast was great! Our room was well kept with the exception of the outlets that needed to be replaced but that was our only concern with the room."
Stunning lakefront home with a boathouse, private dock, firepit and lake views
8/10 Good
"It’s a great location and the interior of the house was very clean. There is a lot of room to spread out but our group included young children and the layout was ok. The exterior of the property could use some work. Overgrown grass at the front entrance and the keypad was a challenge to use. The picnic table could use a coat of paint. There is no trash pickup so you will need to bring trash and recycling to the town facility. Lovell Market is close by. They have most of what you need. Host was very responsive to any issues. Overall would recommend for families and couples."
Purity Spring Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms may look dated but are clean with comfortable beds. The available activities are where it’s at — we played tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, badminton, kayaked, and even swam. All the equipment is in great shape. We can’t wait to return."
