"I wanted to raise a couple of concerns regarding my stay, as the experience fell significantly below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. First, the $19 parking fee is difficult to justify given the complete lack of enforcement. After paying, I was not asked for a license plate number, and there appears to be no monitoring in place. This raises a fundamental question as to what the fee is actually for. In practice, it creates an unfair situation where guests who comply are charged, while others could easily park without consequence. Additionally, the hotel is located in an industrial area with abundant parking, which further makes this charge feel unreasonable. When I asked staff, the only explanation provided was that “it is Silicon Valley,” which is not a meaningful justification. Second, I was very surprised that there were no food or coffee options available after 11 a.m., even on a Saturday. I was unable to get even a basic hot latte, as staff stated they had already “filed the report.” For a hotel of this category, the complete lack of basic daytime service is unacceptable. Overall, these issues made the experience feel far below four-star expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate if you could address these concerns accordingly."

"No frills motel. Room was clean. Lower price than other comparable level motels in the area. They do a lot of business and the hotel was at full occupancy, which is due to the lower price they offer vs competitors. Due to full occupancy, we could hear other guests walking and talking in the hallways until late hours. Not a big deal, but may bother lite sleepers. Plenty of outside parking. Near a little shopping center with late night coffee. Overall would stay again if they continue to offer better rates than nearby hotels. "

"We arrived with my family at 11:20 p.m. The hotel room was quite old; the beds were dirty, the sheets were unclean, and on top of that, there were insects inside the room. The bathroom— the toilet was loose, it looked like it was going to break. The shower was rusted on the metal, and there was mold. It gave me no sense of hygiene or safety for me and my family. We decided to leave. Half an hour after we arrived at the hotel, I spoke with reception; he agreed to move us to another room. But, definitely, the hotel did not deserve a second chance, especially if they don’t care about cleanliness and customer safety. 0 out of 10, not recommended; we preferred to go to another hotel and pay again for a service that this hotel did not provide. "

"Breakfast was great and the team there was very polite. I was even eating breakfast in the dining room around the time they were closing the buffet. And i was asked if i wanted to grab anything else prior to the closing , which i really appreciated and was pleasantly surprised. The suites were larger than normal and very comfortable!"
