The house was very well appointed, having everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The one, very minor, disadvantage for us was its distance from the wineries we visited. But we would be happy to stay there again on our next trip."

"Extremely welcoming to pets. Room is super modern and clean. View is BEAUTIFUL. My only complaint would be the check-in time is too late. Luckily we were able to get our room at 3:30pm, but we would have hoped for earlier check in time. "

"Excellent communication with the host team throughout the whole process. House was amazing-it had absolutely everything for all ages. Kids loved the playground and pool. Adults loved the pickle, workout area, bedroom layout and kitchen. Well stocked kitchen and we did not leave during our stay as we enjoyed it all. Looking forward to returning. "

"The house was beautiful with great views and we loved the location. However, we were very disturbed by the conditions of the chicken coop on the property. There was a dead hen and the two living chickens did not have food in their bowls and were out of water with their water source disconnected. Luckily we were able to feed them as there was chicken feed and water on the property. One of the rooms had dirty sheets with hair and dead bugs on them and the hot tub heating took 8 hours to warm up. The host was responsive but we want to ensure these chickens are being taken care of and rehomed if needed!"

It has great views and lots of outdoor space for kids to play. Finally it was centrally located between Paso Robles (Sensario lights)and Santa Margarita (Santa Margarita Ranch Christmas Event)."

"We were delighted with our stay at Solitude I - we had two couples, and two elderly moms with us, so finding a ranch-style home was important. The house was clean, and the two living room setup was fantastic - some folks would migrate to the TV room, and others would stay in the cosy living room with a book and the fireplace.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the views were peaceful.For those looking for a place with disability accommodations, the master bathroom has a low-threshold shower; however, the only grab bar is at the back of the shower, making it out of reach when entering or exiting the shower.We will absolutely consider renting this home again - very nice!"
