"We had an absolutely grand experience at the Leela Ambience. Property is just as depicted in pictures and more. Breakfast buffet is very lavish with 7 live kitchens. Staff is the most courteous I have seen and accommodating. Location is great being next to the Ambience mall. Our highlight of the trip was resting in the lavish rooms with great bathrooms, eating delicious buffets and shopping at the mall ! "

"The check in did not happen using tbe booking from hotels.com, i had to pay to property to make a seperate booking as they dont accept booking through expedia. "We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."
