Todo estaba en su sitio. Lo único es que me perdí al llegar porque googlemaps me mandó a Prolongación Eucaliptos que está al otro lado de la avenidad. Hay que tener cuidado con eso. No vi a nadie en ningún momento, todo es autoservicio.

Great location with restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Beautifully designed rooms look just like the photos. A/C unit is the TV area only. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cool during our stay. Staff is extremely responsive. We had an incident where the family in the upstairs unit parked 2 large vehicles in the courtyard. This disappointed us since our space was specifically marketed as "outdoor space, pingpong table". It became such a tight squeeze we could barely make it through the door. We didn't so much care about the ping pong table. Our half of the house doesn't have a dining room, so the picnic table outside was the only comfortable seating to eat breakfast. Eventually, the other resident moved one car onto the street. We were satisfied with this compromise. I suggest getting rid of the ping pong table, which is not in the best shape. It takes up space and can't be used anyway since the upstairs resident is allowed to park their rental in the courtyard.

Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free.

The property was perfect for me and my family. The roof is huge, the views are great, the jacuzzi and the lounging area are super nice, and the paintings are lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great option for large groups that want to share a special occasion.

Very clean and comfortable the room. The hotel doesn’t have front desk so make sure you check the messages that the hotel sent you to enter to your room specially if you arrive at night.
