Booked this place for Oktoberfest, it was affordable. But the room was dark, the bed isn't the most comfortable bed, and it just doesn't feel clean. However the staff is very nice

Overall decent stay. Staff was friendly and walking distance to old town

Very helpful staff, clean, made you feel welcome everyone that came to hotel, actually made effort to do Octoberfest in the hotel so felt like you go to one Octoberfest to the actual Octoberfest in the centre

Good central location. Very close to public transit stops. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is pretty basic in north America so I did not check that the room did not have it and was surprised to not have it in the room. Reception did offer us to use the microwave in their kitchen which was nice. I definitely forgot a sweater which was a special gift, called them same day to inform about it but they said it was not found... didn't expect that in an honorable country such as Germany, in a city like Munich.
