I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel

Dominic was on duty at the front desk during the majority of my stay. He was a tremendous resource when I had questions about planned activities, how to get around the city and how to best get back to the airport. He's a tremendous customer service representative for your hotel -- friendly, well-spoken, positive attitude.

Location is unparalleled. Hotel and staff are great. The only downside, meals at the attached restaurants are really overpriced…like three times what they should cost and food was just okay. Hotel-5 stars. Eateries-2 stars. Luckily there are dozens of better options just steps away.

Great breakfast buffet with warm dishes and plenty of cold cuts, cheeses, appetizers, yogurt, fruit, delicious breads and rolls. Very close to the central train station and grocery stores - Lidl, REWE. There is a tram station at the corner where you connect to Marienplatz. A lot of construction going on in the area, not something the hotels can control. They also have a bag storage area- v convenient
