People make reservations based on these facilities, so this should be clearly mentioned instead of misleading guests. A hotel that calls itself a “5-star hotel” should understand the meaning of hospitality and customer service. During breakfast, I politely asked for tea, and the response I received was: “You get the tea yourself.” Maybe it sounds like a small thing, but this is not the kind of response or attitude guests should receive in a real 5-star hotel. The breakfast quality was also very disappointing. The su böreği was dry, the sausages were dry and cold, and overall everything looked neglected and low quality.
