"This is an old motel that has been converted into short stay apartments. The check in process is not as stated there is no lock box for the key, you have to get this from the Days Inn located in the next building to get a key. The kitchenette is limited, no coffee machine and very limited utensils. The listing stated there was a hair dryer, which there was not. The place is clean, the beds have soft mattresses (too soft for me, but this is a personal preference). It worked for our short stay,...

"HA!!!! You ask about a "clean room". I have been working with Vrbo who in turn has been trying to work with the owner and it's been a joke. My first night when I went to go to sleep, there was hair on my pillow, hair on the sheets, sex stains on the sheets and blood on the comforter. I have sent all pictures to Vrbo and they have been trying to get in touch with the owner who has only responded once. He claimed in an email to them he would "do anything to help out" and "allegedly" sent a...

Days Inn by Wyndham Imlay City

8/10 Good

"Our stay at Days Inn was pleasant. The room was clean and reception helpful. I did find it disconcerting that the coffee offered in the lobby 24/7 was $2.00 per cup. I honestly thought it was complementary Should I stay there again, I will bring my own Keurig pods with me."

Super 8 by Wyndham Marysville/Port Huron Area

10/10 Excellent

"Normally, I stay in hotels, we need to be in this location, and the options were limited. I will admit I’m a bit of a hotel snob. But….. this motel was extremely clean, rooms were renovated, and everything was comfortable. I honestly was surprised. When I checked in the front desk, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. The staff experience here was better than some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at. If I’m in the area again, I’m definitely gonna be back."

Lake Escape Lexington Cottage with Private Beach Access to Lake Huron!

10/10 Excellent

"My best friend and I had the greatest weekend away in this cottage. It was perfect for us. A lot of thought has definitely went into the decor and it's so nice. We loved all the lamps and the fact that all the switches are dimmable. The hot tub was great to soak in. My only suggestion is to bring ear plugs if you're going when the heat is needed as the furnace makes a bit of noise."

Cozy Fall Private Beach, Canoe Available for Use. Free Fire wood

8/10 Good

"Wonderful location! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lovely view! Stairs a little creaky, but not terrible as sometimes described, would rather have a bathroom update than a stair update. Pictures described accurately. Bathroom a little iffy. Bedroom in the garage has the feel of a camp cabin, not a cozy room FYI. Shower in that room VERY primitive. Besides the bathrooms, everything was very clean! Downside for our group, we had plenty of beds but not really a good area to sit around together and lounge."
