The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). "A couple of nights in this beautiful rental. Close to everything you need in walking distance. Including groceries, resturants, the beach and pier. It was a family stay, adults were happy, the kids wanted more to do at the rental. The beds were very hard. No padding.
