  • Enjoy the comfort of an 85m² apartment with two bedrooms.
    Located a few minutes walk from the city center and the station, is located in a quiet area close to all amenities (downtown, train station, bus station, shops ...) within walking distance ... . or ... Velib bicycle local opportunity.
    Its location in relation to the city is ideal. The city center is only minutes away on foot, you can enjoy without the worry of a hassle for parking (there is one in front of the building).
    The bus line (10) which serves the TGV station has a stop just meters from the building. Bike station at the bottom of the building.
    The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
    It is composed of:
    A bright living room with a ceiling fan. You can relax on the large sofa, and enjoy the large screen cable TV and internet and a DVD player.
    A small balcony allows you to enjoy the cool summer evenings.
    You can relax in two spacious bedrooms. (A 140-bed and a sofa bed 140, the beds are very good quality) The sheets and blankets are provided.
    Possibly at the request possibility sofa bed 160 in the dining room.
    Baby equipment available. The cot is easily locatable in one of the rooms.
    The bathroom has a corner bath with shower, sink and storage. A hair dryer and towels are available.
    The fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine) allows you to prepare your meals. All crockery and kitchenware are available.
    In the utility room you will find a machine WASHING dryer, a vacuum cleaner and everything needed for keeping the apartment clean. Maintenance products including dishwasher tablets are available

We had a fabulous time during our month-long stay in Avignon this January. We had everything we needed in the apartment and could reach our destinations using either the free navettes (CZR and BAL) to/ from the historic center or the local buses for other destinations. Don't miss Camp des Milles to get a broader perspective of local history.

Regine's roomy apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of trains, buses, shopping, dining and tourism destinations in Avignon. The apartment met all of our needs, and our host was very helpful when we first arrived and offered suggestions of things to do.

Avignon bel endroit gens accueillants

Appartement très convenable, bel accueil et infos suffisantes. Seul point négatif n’avions pas le contrôle sur le chauffage, un peu froid (température froide pour la saison). Merci Régine pour la rapidité de réponse à nos demandes.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in dieser Wohnung. Alles war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar spät abends am Bahnhof abgeholt, da keine Busse mehr fuhren. Das war ein außergewöhnlicher Service. Zu Fuß kommt man in 10 Minuten in die Stadt.

Prima locatie en schoon appartement

Prima locatie voor een paar dagen Avignons verkennen. Het appartement is erg schoon en van ruim voorzien van alles wat een verblijf aangenaam maakt. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en heeft allerlei leuke tips.

La Provemce est magnifique

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Der Weg in die Stadt ist nicht weit, aber etwas nervig ( kein schöner Weg ). Die Wohnung war sehr gut, allerdings der Balkon sehr klein.

Avignon Apartment

We had a lovely stay at Regine's apartment. Met with a warm welcome and lots of support for getting settled in. It was great to find supermarket only 3 mins walk away. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It is ideally located only 12 mins walk into old town which has ancient history- the wonderful city walls mean you never get lost. We strongly recommmend this property

Comfortable little place

Ideally located for a short walk to town or go around the corner and get either No2 or No 10 bus to Gare Centre which is opposite the main entrance to the city, cost 1.40 euro. Beds very comfortable and clean and the apartment had everything you need for your stay and the ceiling fans are definitely needed in this weather, one in each room. Excellent WiFi too. Regine and her partner where very helpful to my friend and I.

Kurzurlaub in Avignon

In der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Bahnhof und die Altstadt sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum mit dem Aufenthalt in Avignon zufrieden.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Eine tolle Wohnung! Wir waren 8 Tage hier und sehr zufrieden mit Größe, Ausstattung und Entfernung zur Stadt, Bahnhof und Supermarkt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen! Merci!!!

Lovely apartment, excellent location.

My wife and I and 2 adult children spent 5 nights in this large, crystal clean apartment, a short walk from the walls of the beautiful town of Avignon. This really was a perfect rental experience: a delightful hostess with a well-appointed apartment, free parking, a grocery store less than 5 minutes away, and a year’s worth of restaurants and tourist sites close by. We have rented through much of Europe over a dozen years, and have never been happier with a rental choice. Merci mille fois, Regine. We will be back!

Séjour agréable

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Le stationnement à proximité ne pose pas de problème. Sa situation est très pratique pour visiter Avignon à pied, ou quitter la ville pour des excursions dans la région. Madame Douailin se montre charmante et attentionnée, disponible pour prodiguer des conseils pour organiser notre séjour. Elle s'est également donné beaucoup de mal pour nous aider à résoudre un problème de caution dont elle n'était pas responsable.
