１泊あたり１万円弱の料金の割に、設備などの問題が少ない良いホテルである。また、周辺にレストラン、ショップはあまり無いが、その分、静かな環境で良い。

The property was situated in a pleasant road, in easy walking distance of the lovely historic town of Avignon. An ideal stopover, at a very reasonable price. The staff were first class, nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay there again

Hotel von der Familie geführt - sehr angenehm
Zentrale Lage. Geschützter Parkplatz. Familiär, sehr aufmerksame Betreuung. Zimmer war absolut ruhig gegen den Innenhof. Betten gute Matratzen. Saubere Zimmer wie Wäsche. Frühstücksbüffet gut. Neben dem Empfang einen separaten Raum für gratis Tee, Kaffee rund um die Uhr.

Room was large, rather undecorated, but perfectly comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite close to train station. An easy walk into the main shopping area, and also close to marvelous museums.

Such a nice hotel.
Such a nice hotel. The front desk and breakfast staff were all marvelous and so helpful. Great location close to train and bus station. Very quiet street. Easy to walk everywhere. I loved the restaurant suggestions that the front desk gave me. Definitely will be back.

Good enough for a night or two.
Very helpful service from Phillipe at reception. Well located for train and city walks. Comfortable downstairs lounge with trans and coffee. Shower plumbing needs attention - squirting water at joint - and shower lethally slippery. Concave double bed mattress. Clean enough. Fine for two nights. Pictures of garden courtyard a bit misleading.

Excellent customer service. I loved that I could do laundry on site. While rooms are small, they have everything you need. Great breakfast too. Easy walking distance to everything.

I spent just one night, nothing bad to report. I appreciate the free tea and (self) coffee service and the free parking for my motorbike. The staff are very available and helpful. All of them are (also) english speaker.

A great location. We found the room outdated in style and very minimal but it was very clean. Staff was great. We opted for the breakfast each morning and it was so good. Quiet street but still close to the main roads and restaurants

Bien ubicación, regular habitación
La ubicación es práctica para ir o venir de la estación de trenes y buses o del centro histórico. El personal muy amable. Sin embargo, las habitaciones precisan una actualización urgente. El aspecto deja mucho que desear. En el baño, la ducha es diminuta y la cortina se pega constantemente al cuerpo, siendo muy molesto bañarse.

Réveils nocturnes
Nuit d'hotel à 2 car nous étions de passage dans la région. Lits agreables et pas de bruit si il y a peu de monde dans l'hotel qui est d'ailleurs super bien placé, mais le matin, quand les gens parlent dans les couloirs, impossible de rester endormi, c'est comme si ils étaient dans la piece avec nous. Pour la douche on a pris la douchette, car la douche fuyait sur le haut, donc pas agréable.. Et 2 reveils nocturnes en sursaut car la chasse d'eau s'est remplie en pleine nuit 2 fois. Je pense qu'il devait y avoir une petite fuite (pas assez forte pour qu'on l'entende mais assez pour remplir la chasse d'eau toute seule au bout de quelques heures). La premiere fois on a sauté du lit car on pensait, vu le bruit, qu'une canalisation d'eau avait éclaté, la seconde fois ça nous a réveillé, car impossible de louper ce bruit.. On en parle à la réception le lendemain, leur réponse : "il fallait appeler le collègue qui travaillait de nuit". Alors oui, si on avait entendu une fuite, on l'aurait fait, mais là on parle d'une chasse d'eau qui s'est remplie toute seule 2 fois dans la nuit... on allait quand même pas attendre avec le collegue de nuit 3h dans la chambre pour voir si ça le ferait une 3eme fois, on avait juste envie de dormir nous ! La moindre des choses aurait été de s'excuser et de faire réparer la petite fuite qu'il doit y avoir sur le toilette pour que les prochains ne soient pas réveiller par ce soucis en pleine nuit... ! Chambre 15 au 1er étage.

Personnel très sympathique. Malheureusement, l’hôtel est désuet, lit inconfortable et tous les bruits s’entendent (tous!). Beaucoup trop cher pour ne pas pouvoir se reposer et encore moins dormir.
