"The fridge didn’t work and we had call someone to look at it. They turned up and said they would come the following day but didn’t turn up. Also the safe was broken so we could put our personal items in there for the last couple of days. The room floor wasn’t fully cleaned either. The staff in reception were really helpful though"

"Property is well situated delicious restaurants close by the highlight of this hotel is definitely the rooftop pool. Some nice respite from the sun. Drinks are very good. We had an early checkout and we asked the kitchen staff if they could provide us with a little container to take a few food items with us and it was not possible even though we had paid for the full day that was disappointing a little bit of accommodation could’ve been made. Rooms are comfortable and technical. He had a situation that was not rectified every morning. The blinds would open at 7 AM along with all the lights waking us up. We asked front desk to rectify it, and it was never taken care of so during our day this issue occurred every day while we were there overall experience very good"

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was decent."

"We had a wonderful stay at SANA Metropolitan Hotel in Lisbon. The staff were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. They communicated clearly and were always willing to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of delicious food that we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The location was also very convenient. The Lisbon Zoo is within walking distance, along with a great pizza spot and plenty of local restaurants. Getting around Lisbon was easy, with the metro nearby and Uber providing quick access to the city’s main attractions and amenities. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend SANA Metropolitan Hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. We would happily stay here again!"
