"Positives : * Beautiful location in the mountains with amazing beach views * Very large, spacious resort with lots to explore * Fresh, delicious, and varied food every day * Excellent entertainment with daily shows and activities * Incredible animation team – young, energetic, and friendly * Great family-friendly atmosphere with a Kids Club and safe grounds * Multiple saltwater pools and a dedicated children’s pool * Two on-site mini markets for essentials and souvenirs * Shuttle to the beach runs 3 times a day * Shops nearby and excursion kiosks available * Helpful map and guide provided at check-in Things to keep in mind ⚠️ Lots of stairs between buildings – expect walking ⚠️ Beach towels not included – bring or buy your own ⚠️ Smoking is common outdoors, especially during shows. "The hotel was very well laid outand the staff were excellent. We had an issue with the room but as soon as we spoke to reception our room was changed. The only niggle (very small) was there no hotel information in the room so we did know for example when the hotel had a gala night."
