Attractive townhome featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths. New hardwood floors in bedrooms and refreshed for 2022! Large great room with kitchen and breakfast bar. Enjoy the two large decks on the front and afternoon sun on the rear deck. For added convenience, there is an enclosed outdoor shower and BBQ grill. Only a short walk to the beach or tennis courts.

First floor: 2 queens and a twin in one room. No bathroom on first floor
Second floor: Queen room with private bath, an additional Queen room and room with 2 twin beds that share a hall bath.
Third floor: Queen room, kitchen and great room with hall bath.
CHECK IN 2PM/CHECK OUT 10AM

Not as described. Really a 4 bedroom. Needs a lot of updating.
fumes from either floors or leather sofa were strong, beds were awful, a bedframe fell apart on top of my foot - not even an apology from the owner and it was pretty bruised and swollen. Bathrooms were clean and decent. Layout was good. Fifth bedroom had 2 beds, not 3 but no one wanted to stay there, it is a garage and not nice at all. The kids (ages 11 - 14) thought it was scary and the parents wouldn't allow them to stay in it anyway cause it was nasty. Proximity to sewer tx plant means occasional smelly air. Would be good for a group of college kids but not for a family. If the beds, windows and kitchen (including pans, etc) were updated it would be better. But the management company was very good and very responsive - would rent through them again just not this property.
