  • About 2 ½ blocks from the beach, 334 Sumner is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage with a large front porch for Catalina dreaming.... A side porch for all your beach gear and a small brick patio for grilling make this cottage unique in Avalon. | | The cottage has a large, open living room and dining area, plus a wide front hallway with sideboard. There is a cheery kitchen. There are 2 baths w/showers and 2 bedrooms - one large bedroom with a queen bed and one smaller bedroom with twin beds. There are also 2 single aerobeds. The cottage sleeps up to 6 individuals. FREE wireless internet. No smoking in home. A total of 915 sq. ft. 334S | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).
