It is easy access (only 1 step) to this beautifully appointed villa with full ocean view from the living room, both bedrooms, and the balcony, which can be accessed through French doors in all those rooms. Second bedroom has three foot by 8 foot open wall area with shutters between bedroom and living room to allow additional ocean view from living room. There is carpet in the living room and bedrooms (please remove shoes upon entering villa), and tile floors throughout the rest of the villa. You will find a 40-inch flat panel TV in the living room, as well as smaller, wall mounted TVs in the bedrooms. The golf cart is a 'limo" style 6-passenger with side curtains, and you'll find it parked in space 78. 1050 sq. ft. H178 | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Cleanliness and kitchen utilities

The location is Awesome, however the kitchen is not well equipped. The toaster did not work the pots and pans were limited and they were old. For families that want to cook it is not ideal, we had to unfortunately eat out which led to out of costs we did not anticipate. We should get some kind of refund.

Nice Villa with views

The villa 1-78 was nice and clean located at the 1st building, right at the entrance to Hamilton Cove. "1" is building number and "78" is the villa unit number. All the instructions were very clear. Make sure read the instructions how to open the doors to the villa and reset router if needed to. Check in process was easy. Golf cart was nice also, very convenient to access. But the "one step" description refers to one step to the street where the golf cart is parked. If you are looking for much less steps to swimming pool and beach, building 8, 9 or 10 make more sense. I unplugged the telephone on our second day because as soon as we checked into the villa, the phone started ringing every hour from all different sales calls and robocalls. If you want to sleep in and not wake your family up, I recommend unplugging the phone. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you.

See comments above. Has potential. Needs care, attention, kitchen equipment, cotton blankets for summer, etc. Shutters between living room and smaller bedroom limit privacy. Stopper in bathtub not functional.
