"This apartment was well situated to easily walk through Chablis. It was very clean and had good amenities. No breakfast is served; but we picked up berries, yogurt the night before, and walked to get baguette/pastries in the morning, as the French do! This was a very quiet place to stay, despite being on a main road in town. This is definitely a place to stay! "

"Was very tranquil. During our stay very hot, we were offered air conditioning which we declined as meant more to pay and we were on a budget. I didn't realise towels not included, I don't think web site made it clear. Facilities good but shower very small for my husband who is disabled. Lovely location very convenient for site seeing and shopping."

"Just come back from a wonderful week stay at this Roffey property. Exactly how it was described and perfect for our dads 70th birthday treat. 6 adults and 2 children , plenty of space, pool and hot tub made it extra special . It was also a great location for visiting Chablis and many other picture perfect villages. The host was always helpful with any questions and replied promptly to any messages. "The chalet was very nice situated, in the middle if nature and at a short distance from Avallon, Vezelay and the caves. The chalet was simple but clean en very well heated, it was October so that was a nice luxury."

The owner made many thoughtful changes when they renovated the house - lights that turn on and off automatically , well appointed and stocked kitchen , comfortable bedding , clean bathrooms , great shower pressure and plumbing , excellent doors and windows - the list goes on and on . "Le gîte est magnifique et très bien situé, le soleil était au rdv et nous avons pu profiter du magnifique parc pour passer de bons moments ensemble.
